Return Policy

1. Return and exchange is only available within 14days after
item arrival and all items must be returned in new and unused condition with
all tag(s) attached!!!

2. You need to return our items, please write us an e-mail
for return Authorization Number (RA#) to admin@beautytownhair.com.
You will need to obtain the Return Authorization Number from us and attach with
your return package. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee, shipping
costs are not refundable, special order s are not returnable and return
shipping charges are customer’s responsibility.

3. All return items will be inspected before “store credit ,
refund or exchange”

4. All wigs, half wigs and hair pieces are not returnable
under any circumstances due to sanitary purposes.

5. All Clearance Sales items & Final Sales items are
non-returnable.

Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping(United State of America)

a. Priority Mail(2 – 3days): this is not a guaranteed
shipment,2-3day delivery time is approximated

b. First Class Mail(2 – 5days): this is not a guaranteed
shipment, 2-5day delivery time is approximated

c. Express Mail(1 – 3days): this is a guaranteed shipment,
delivery time

2. International Shipping

We ship to
international destinations able to deliver by USPS. Shipping costs are found on
www.usps.com . It may take
longer to ship package worldwide and the shipping costs are usually higher. All
charges are based on weight and destination delivery times and all orders are
shipped insured. Any lost or damaged claims will not be processed until the
claim is approved by the USPS. Also, you are responsible for any duties and
tariffs that may be applicable. There are no exchanges or refunds for items
shipped outside the United States of America. All international orders will
ship with the method customer has chosen, Global Priority Mail(4 – 10days) plus
custom clearance /Express Mail(3 -6days) plus custom clearance.

3. All shipments via USPS to overseas and Military
Installations, such as APO and FPO are maybe unable to track shipments. No
refund or NO exchange will be available.

4. We also accept Fax Orders/e-mail orders for customers
convenient who may or may not have access to the internet. Please Fax your

5. Customers with refused packages will credit the total
amount deduct shipping cost, and may charge 20% for restocking fee.

($10) PRIOR TO ORDER BEING SHIPPED. BEAUTYTOWNHAIR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRACK
THESE PACKAGES WITHOUT THIS SERVICE. THIS IS AN OPTIONAL FEATURE TO BE PAID BY
CUSTOMER IN ADDITION TO POSTAGE/SHIPPING FEE. INTERNATIONAL MAIL INSURANCE IS
ALSO OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS, INSURANCE PROVIDES PROTECTION AGAINST LOST, DAMAGED,
OR RIFLING ON ALL INTERNATIONAL PARCEL. PLEASE BE AWARE BEAUTYTOWNHAIR WILL NOT
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS THAT DOE NOT HAVE THIS SERVICE.

It is very important to consider the effects of tariffs,
taxes, port handling fees and other miscellaneous customs charges when
determining your product's final cost. Depending on your product and country of
destination, customs charges will affect the price your buyer is willing to pay
for your product. Typically, the importer (buyer) is responsible for paying
these charges.



Customs Charges

Imported goods, such as those purchased on
eBay and other international websites, may be subject to the payment of duty
and/or GST.



Regardless of whether the imported goods incurred taxes in the country of
purchase or not, it does not exempt the importer from the payment of New
Zealand duty and/or GST.



In addition to the payment of duty and GST, an Import Entry Transaction Fee of
$28.75 (GST inclusive) may apply. This fee is payable at the same time that
duty and GST is collected. A biosecurity risk screening levy of $4.00 is also
collected by Customs on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and
Forestry/Biosecurity New Zealand (MAFBNZ). Calculation of Customs Charges

Where applicable,
Customs duty is levied on the transaction value of the goods (the price
actually paid for them). Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5 percent is then
calculated on the duty-inclusive value plus international freight and insurance
charges. If there is no transaction (such as the goods being supplied free of
charge, or a relationship between the supplier and importer which affects the
transaction price), an alternative form of valuation may be used.



No revenue collection will be made if the total amount owing on the goods
imported is less than $50. This revenue waiver does not apply to alcohol or
tobacco products.

by Secure Sockets Layer. We do not accept personal check and money order. We do
not ship Cash of Delivery. Customer use a credit card for method of payment,
the billing address must match that shown on your credit card statement.
